Job Description

Responsibilities

  • optimise our digital platforms, ensuring content is always up to date and accessible across all channels.
  • Your efforts will be key in maintaining seamless and dynamic digital communications.
  • as part of our friendly, professional communications team, you’ll collaborate with content creators, our graphic designer and other colleagues to deliver impactful email campaigns that drive awareness and fundraising success.
  • You will be responsible for planning and delivering the charity’s email marketing campaigns, including e‑newsletters, fundraising appeals and supporter journeys.
  • You will evaluate our website and email activity, using tools such as Google Analytics and DotDigital platform insights to report on KPIs, identify learning and make recommendations to improve future campaign performance and audience engagement.
  • You will also monitor two inboxes and respond to emails.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring our digital communications meet accessibility standards, including WCAG requirements and UK Public Sector Digital Accessibility Regulations.
