Job Description

Own the Welsh-language digital engagement program, translating policy goals into bilingual social content, measuring impact, and guiding campaigns with data-driven storytelling for public sector audiences.

  • Responsibilities: Create engaging Welsh-language and bilingual content across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and X, including video, audio and graphics
  • Responsibilities: Manage and grow Welsh-language and Wales-focused social media channels, building reach, trust and understanding of voting and democracy
  • Responsibilities: Use insight, data and social listening tools to evaluate performance and continuously improve content and channel effectiveness

Best fit for someone with strong social media management experience in corporate or organisational settings, fluent Welsh, and a comfort blending creativity with data-driven strategy.
