Job Summary

Own and lead cross-account creative strategy, testing roadmaps, and scalable production of UGC, creator content, and high-production campaigns guided by performance data.

  • Define and manage creative testing agendas and experimentation roadmaps.
  • Translate performance data and insights into actionable strategies and briefs.
  • Collaborate with account leads to improve retention and growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Set the creative testing agenda for every account in your portfolio: what gets tested, in what order, and why it is the highest-leverage bet available right now.
  • Account performance data feeds directly into the next brief, so ideation starts from evidence, not from what worked last time out of habit.
  • Own the pipeline from concept to production, across UGC, creator content, and high-production formats, so volume is never the reason a good angle goes untested.
  • Build the frameworks that let creative scale without a drop in quality: briefing structures, testing cadences, and the systems that make a good result repeatable rather than a one-off.
  • Carry creative's share of account performance as your own number: win rate, testing velocity, and the line from a concept to what it did for the account.
  • Raise the standard for every strategist, editor, and designer working from your briefs, so quality moves up across the agency, not just in your own output.
  • Own creative strategy across a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as the senior strategic lead and trusted advisor.
  • Define and lead creative testing frameworks, experimentation roadmaps, and strategic priorities aligned to client growth objectives.
  • Conduct quarterly strategic planning sessions and creative reviews with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Translate performance data, customer insights, and market intelligence into actionable creative strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, paid social, or a related discipline.
  • A proven track record of leading creative strategy across multiple high-growth brands.
  • Strong experience developing high-performing creative for Meta, TikTok, and other performance channels.
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring or managing strategists, editors, designers, or creative teams.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to connect creative decisions directly to performance outcomes.
  • Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of what drives profitable growth for DTC and e-commerce brands.
  • Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience presenting strategic recommendations to founders, senior leadership teams, and key decision-makers.
  • Deep understanding of consumer psychology, behavioural drivers, and conversion principles.
  • A proactive, ownership-led mindset with a desire to continuously improve both your work and those around you.

Benefits

  • Join a fast-growing and ambitious company with a collaborative, people-first culture.
  • Benefit from a hybrid-first working model, with remote working and optional access to our London office for collaboration and team connection.
  • Enjoy 27 days of annual leave, plus Bank Holidays and your birthday off each year.
  • Work abroad for up to 30 days per year (T&Cs apply), giving you added flexibility and balance.
  • Benefit from a company pension scheme designed to support your long-term future.
  • Begin with a clear and structured employee progression roadmap designed to support your development from day one.
  • Access private health insurance after 6 months, helping you prioritise your wellbeing.
  • Receive life insurance cover alongside Smart Health wellbeing support services.
  • Benefit from a healthcare cash plan covering dental, optical, and physiotherapy support.
  • Follow a clear and structured progression plan designed to support your professional growth and career development.
