  • Own the creative strategy, concept development, and testing hypotheses to boost performance
  • Collaborate with creators and editors to deliver weekly briefs and assets

Responsibilities

  • Creative Strategy: identifying winning angles and messaging
  • Creative Strategy: developing strong hooks
  • Creative Strategy: building creative testing frameworks
  • Creative Strategy: researching competitor ads and market trends
  • Ad Concept Development: Generate new ad concepts every week, including: hooks
  • Ad Concept Development: storytelling angles
  • Ad Concept Development: creative formats
  • Ad Concept Development: testing hypotheses
  • UGC Script Writing: Write high-converting UGC-style ad scripts designed for paid social.
  • This includes: hook writing

Requirements

  • Proven experience working on Meta or TikTok ad creatives
  • Strong understanding of performance-driven creative
  • Ability to generate multiple ad concepts each week
  • Experience analyzing ad performance metrics
  • Experience writing UGC-style ad scripts
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • We use tools like Notion and Motion to organize creative production.
