Brief Description TRG Studios is a full-service production company creating standout content across video, photography, digital, and print. We’re the creative force behind commercials, social campaigns, long-form narratives, and everything in between. Our work moves fast and tells meaningful stories across multiple platforms. What You'll Be Doing Leading and executing high-level content across broadcast, digital, social, and other emerging platforms. You’ll be responsible for shaping ideas, owning production execution, and mentoring team members. The senior content producer translates strategy into compelling visual content, guiding projects from concept through delivery, while ensuring creative excellence, operational efficiency, and client confidence. You’ll work closely with creative, account, post-production, and business affairs teams and may serve as a day-to-day client-facing lead on select projects. At times, you may be asked to play a more active role on the production side of the process, such as helping plan shoots and schedules and create call sheets, calendars, crew lists, and other production documents. What You're Good At Collaborating with creative directors and account teams to translate ideas into executable production plans. Identifying emerging content trends and recommending innovative formats and approaches. Negotiating bids and overseeing bookings. Leading projects from pre-production through final delivery, including sourcing directors, photographers, editors, composers, voiceover talent, and other specialty vendors. Ensuring seamless collaboration between production and post teams. Managing feedback cycles and maintain strong client relationships. Overseeing asset organization, archiving, and documentation. What You Have In Your Background At least 6-10+ years of experience in production, content creation, agency, or studio environments.
