Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead and evolve Housemark’s content strategy and editorial calendar.
Create high‑quality, multi‑format content including blogs, whitepapers, video scripts, webinars, and case studies.
Develop clear and compelling product messaging across our data platform, benchmarking services, consultancy, and events.
Support sales and account teams with persuasive content, collateral, and case studies.
Produce insight‑driven content aligned with sector trends and regulatory cycles.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and ensure quality, accuracy, and clarity across all communications.
Use analytics to track content performance and optimise outputs for maximum impact.

Requirements

Proven ability to produce high‑quality written content.
Expertise in translating data into clear, accessible narratives.
Experience leading a content strategy in a B2B, SaaS or data‑led environment.
Strong understanding of (or interest in quickly learning) the social housing sector.
SEO and analytics experience (Google Analytics, CRM, platform data).
Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
