Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead our press office – managing day-to-day media activity, from proactive stories to fast-moving issues
  • Build strong media relationships – becoming a trusted contact for journalists and industry voices
  • Shape our external narrative – supporting the development and delivery of our media strategy
  • Deliver integrated campaigns – across earned, owned and shared channels
  • Create standout content – from press releases to social, video and thought leadership
  • Prepare senior leaders – helping them shine in interviews, briefings and high-profile moments
  • Measure what matters – using insight to continuously improve performance and reputation
  • And because we work in an agile way, you’ll also flex across projects — collaborating widely to deliver the biggest impact.

Requirements

  • Has strong media relations experience , including press office leadership
  • Understands how to land stories and manage reputation risk
  • Can create content that works across channels and audiences
  • Builds trust quickly with senior stakeholders and partners
  • Thrives in collaborative, cross-functional teams
  • Brings sound judgement, curiosity and a focus on what matters
  • Experience in financial services or insurance helps. But what matters most is your ability to connect insight with impact.
