Description: We're seeking a Senior Business Development Leader to drive enterprise growth through strategic C-suite relationships and executive-level partnerships. Trellist is executing an aggressive growth strategy built on marketing and technology solutions, advanced, AI-driven platforms, and venture products. This is a high-impact opportunity for a proven closer who thrives on complex, strategic deals and knows how to accelerate account growth at the executive level. Key responsibilities: You'll engage directly with C-level executives, senior leadership teams, and business owners to identify strategic opportunities and close transformational deals. Your focus is on rapid account expansion—building executive relationships that unlock enterprise-wide adoption and multi-year partnerships. You'll navigate strategic conversations, understand executive priorities, and position our solutions as business-critical investments rather than tactical purchases. Ideal candidate: You're a senior business development professional with extensive experience selling marketing technology platforms to executive buyers. You speak the language of CEOs, CFOs, and CMOs, and you know how to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes that matter at the leadership level. You've consistently exceeded quotas by building C-suite relationships that drive rapid, significant account growth. Candidate requirements: 7+ years in enterprise business development with proven executive-level sales success Deep understanding of marketing technology ecosystems (MarTech platforms, customer data solutions, marketing analytics, automation tools) Strong background in digital experience platforms and their strategic value to enterprises Demonstrated track record closing seven-figure deals with C-suite decision-makers Experience driving rapid account expansion and penetrating new executive stakeholders within existing relationships Proven ability to engage business owners and entrepreneurs in growth-stage and established companies What sets you apart: You command the room in new client pitches and have strong presentation skills that build trust, confidence and partnership.
