Job Summary

Own the SEO program across multiple client portfolios, balancing technical audits, on page optimization, and content planning to lift organic visibility and ROI.

  • Technical and content ownership: Lead technical audits, fixes with developers, keyword research, and content briefs to drive growth.
  • On-page and paid synergy: Manage on-page optimization, metadata, internal linking, and paid keyword alignment to support organic results.
  • Analytics to action: Track performance with GA4, GSC, and Semrush and deliver clear, actionable client insights.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies across a portfolio of client accounts, including conducting monthly client meetings
  • Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits and work with developers to implement fixes
  • Perform keyword research, gap analysis, and content planning to drive organic growth
  • On-page optimisation and working with the web development team to optimise new sites before they go live.
  • Lead on-page and off-page optimisation, including metadata, internal linking, and structured data
  • Monitor, report on, and analyse organic performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Semrush, and GA4
  • Keep up to date with Google algorithm updates and industry best practices, advising clients proactively
  • Collaborate with our content team to produce SEO-driven content briefs and strategies
  • Plan, manage, and optimise Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns
  • Conduct audience targeting and paid keyword research to complement the organic strategy
