Position Overview The South Dakota Retirement System seeks a skilled, customer-focused professional to join our Member Services team. This full-time role provides comprehensive retirement planning support, including: conducting workshops and seminars; offering individual counseling sessions; assisting with benefit initiation activities. Preferred Qualifications bachelor’s degree; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of retirement plans and related terminology. Key Competencies strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present to groups and individuals; attention to detail and tactful interpersonal skills; analytical ability to calculate benefits and interpret complex issues.
