Job Summary

Own lifecycle marketing for a DTC brand by owning Klaviyo and CRM flows end to end, crafting on-brand copy, and shaping journeys from onboarding to retention; tie activity to churn, LTV, and repeat purchase.

Own Lifecycle ownership: end-to-end lifecycle emails and SMS in Klaviyo, with onboarding, activation, retention, and win-back at the core.
CRM architecture and segmentation: design templates, integrations, and automation to deliver personalized journeys at scale.
Retention and monetization: drive repeat purchases, move customers to subscriptions, and reduce churn with data-driven experiments.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Own the Klaviyo programme end to end: welcome, onboarding, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back and reactivation, across email and SMS
Write the email and SMS copy and design the campaigns yourself, rather than briefing it out
Own the CRM infrastructure: platform setup, templates, integrations, segmentation logic and the automation architecture
Map and improve the full customer journey from first order onward
Build lifecycle journeys that improve protocol adherence, expectation-setting and customer confidence during the first 30, 60 and 90 days
Design onboarding that gets new customers to their first results and second purchase
Build flows and campaigns that drive repeat purchase and move one-time buyers onto subscription
Improve the moments that matter in a protocol-based product, for example carrying people through the first few weeks
Own subscriber retention, reducing both voluntary and involuntary churn, and recover failed payments through Recharge, our subscription platform
