Key Responsibilities: • Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with prescription eyewear, fittings, and adjustments. • Resolve customer concerns and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs. • Consistently achieve personal sales goals while supporting team sales objectives. • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment that fosters collaboration over competition. • Lead and motivate team members through coaching, development, and by setting a strong example. • Train staff to be knowledgeable in prescription products and adjustment techniques. • Support store operations and management duties as an Assistant Manager or Sales Supervisor. • Assist the Store Manager with workflow coordination, service standards, and team performance. Requirements: Registered Spectacle Lens Dispenser by the California State Board of Optometry High School Diploma or equivalent Proven management experience, with strong leadership and operational oversight skills Strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting A team-oriented attitude and willingness to support and collaborate with others Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed for store operations High school or equivalent (Required) Customer service: 3 years (Preferred) Optical: 2 years (Preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Education: • High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: • Customer service: 3 years (Required) • Optical: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: Registered Spectacle Lens Dispenser Ability to Commute: Costa Mesa, CA 92626
