This is a remote position. We are seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused Remote Customer Experience Assistant to join our virtual support team. In this role, you will work closely with clients via email, chat, and phone, helping them navigate services, confirm details, and provide tailored guidance based on their needs. You will play a key role in coordinating experiences, clarifying options, and ensuring every step of the journey is smooth from start to finish.
