Position Summary The Regional Market Growth Leader (RGL) is responsible for growing a defined geographic region by expanding referral relationships, increasing market presence, and ensuring growth efforts are aligned with available clinical capacity. This role is not traditional “sales.” It is a market ownership role—designed for a healthcare professional who understands referral-driven growth, relationship-based markets, and how to scale responsibly in complex healthcare environments. The Regional Market Growth Leader serves as a consistent, visible presence in the market and works cross-functionally with Clinical, Operations, Intake, and Leadership to ensure referrals flow where care can be delivered efficiently, compliantly, and with excellence. Key Responsibilities Market Growth & Referral Development Grow patient referrals across acute and post-acute care settings. Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, including but not limited to: Hospital Systems Home Health Agencies Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) Long-Term Care Facilities Primary Care Providers and Specialist Practices Identify new referral opportunities and adjust outreach strategy based on geography, capacity, and market needs. Develop and execute weekly outreach plans aligned with regional priorities. Market Presence & Relationship Management Maintain a consistent in-person presence with referral partners to build trust and credibility. Represent Restore First Health at community events, professional meetings, and educational sessions. Deliver clear, value-based education on RFH services, clinical model, and patient flow. Cross-Functional Alignment (Science of Scaling) Partner closely with Clinical and Operations teams to ensure referrals align with real-time clinical capacity. Support smooth referral flow, patient onboarding, and care transitions. Provide regular updates and reporting on market activity, trends, and growth opportunities. Maintain accurate documentation of outreach and referral activity using company systems and CRM tools. Additional Responsibilities Monitor market dynamics, referral patterns, and competitive activity. Support regional and enterprise growth initiatives as needed. Perform additional duties aligned with RFH’s growth objectives. Qualifications Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field preferred but not required. Prior experience in healthcare business development, market growth, or referral-based roles required. Experience in acute care, post-acute care, wound care, home health, or related healthcare services strongly preferred. Clinical background (RN, LPN, NP, PTA, clinical liaison, or similar) is a plus. An existing book of business or established referral relationships is a strong plus. Significant relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. Required Skills & Attributes Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Deep understanding of referral-driven healthcare environments. Ability to manage a geographic territory with autonomy and accountability. Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working in the field. Strategic thinker who understands how to scale markets responsibly. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and navigate complex care environments. Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and/or Google Workspace. Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance processes, and Medicare guidelines preferred. Physical & Travel Requirements Valid driver’s license required. Regular local and regional travel, including trips over 50 miles. Frequent standing, walking, and in-person meetings. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs during events or outreach activities. Professional business attire required.
