Job Summary
Own regional demand and pipeline-building for CentiMark in the Mid Central region, focusing on prospecting, events, and cross-team collaboration to move leads into opportunities.
- Prospecting and follow-up to drive regional opportunities
- Event and networking coordination with industry groups to raise awareness
- Collaboration with Regional Sales and National Accounts to target accounts and grow regional revenue

Responsibilities
- Research potential customers and performing prospecting calls on targeted potential clients
- Market CentiMark’s features, benefits and success stories through such platforms as LinkedIn and X (Twitter)
- Introducing prospects to CentiMark’s features and benefits
- Call to prospect and set appointments for intro calls and meetings
- Organize customer events for each office in the Mid Central Region
- Follow up on old as well as existing proposals with clients and prospects
- Assist the Regional Sales Team with their Top 50 Target Account efforts
- Research market dynamics and industries to help form effective marketing programs
- Join and get involved in appropriate networking organizations such as BOMA, NAIOP, IFMA, Hospital Engineering, etc. to market/highlight our unique service offering
- Organize and participate in select trade shows that fit our customer profile
