Employer Industry: Healthcare Services Why Consider This Job Opportunity Salary up to $98,400.00 Potential for bonuses tied to company and individual performance Comprehensive total rewards package focused on employee well-being Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Collaborative workplace culture that fosters partnerships Engaging work environment with a focus on personal excellence What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) Analyze and interpret complex healthcare data to inform strategy and interventions Generate graphics that effectively summarize analyses for communication to stakeholders Review reports and data to identify patterns and trends, providing management-level summaries Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical specifications and coding tactics Assist in the development of quality dashboards and reporting using Power BI and other visual tools What Is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor of Science/Arts degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), computer science, or related field, or equivalent work experience Minimum of two (2) years of experience with HEDIS or similar quality healthcare performance metrics At least two (2) years of prior programming experience (i.e., SQL, SAS, Python, or DAX) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Effective verbal and written communication skills How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience in healthcare delivery and/or payer systems Clinical experience in a healthcare setting Exposure to statistical concepts Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work with IT teams and familiarity with data architecture #HealthcareServices #QualityAnalysis #DataAnalysis #CareerOpportunity #PerformanceMetrics #PinnacleMethodConsulting
