Your key responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with the senior account team to ensure all service offerings are delivered on strategy, within budget, and on schedule. * Effectively managing multiple resources to execute project intiatives in a timely manner. * Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of client communications. * Demonstrating competence in managing the creative development and production process for campaigns. * Developing, driving, and maintaining multi-channel creative and production schedules. * Understanding the specific requirements for developing and managing multi-channel campaigns. * Identifying opportunities to improve existing processes or develop new ones to enhance business operations. To be considered for this role, the following qualifications are required: * Bachelor's degree. * Relevant internship experience in client services/account management within an advertising agency, marketing company, or client-side marketing department, with practical knowledge of: * Client Relationship Management * Proven ability to multitask and adapt effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Strong project management, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. * Analytical mindset with comfort in using data, response metrics, and trends. * Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships and effectively resolving issues, including analyzing problems and developing viable solutions.
