  • End-to-end campaign ownership: brief → execute → measure → iterate around launches and solution narratives.
  • Marketplace, SEO, and partner channels: optimize listings, run A/B tests, and co-marketing to lift trial-to-paid.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Run the content engine: web pages, blogs, social, email, video, listing copy; high volume, on-brand, conversion-focused; set the standard and cadence.
  • Plan and ship campaigns: multi-channel, organic and paid around launches and solution narratives; end-to-end ownership: brief → execute → measure → iterate.
  • Own marketplace performance: Atlassian and monday.com listings as landing pages; copy, pricing, A/B tests, ranking signals, trial-to-paid optimization.
  • Get us found — by humans and AI: modern SEO plus GEO to surface accurate, favorable results for buyer questions.
  • Run events that convert: Atlassian Team, monday.com events, partner conferences; webinars, registrations, attendance, follow-up.
  • Activate the partner channel: co-marketing, partner enablement, joint content to drive pipeline.
  • Measure what matters: trial signups, paid conversion, marketing-attributable revenue, channel ROI, campaign performance; report and act on insights.
  • Manage agencies and freelancers: brief to delivery, on time and on budget.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B marketing, ideally SaaS, delivering multi-channel campaigns end-to-end
  • Fluent with AI tools for research, analysis, and automation
  • Enthusiastic and curious with a drive to automate and improve
  • Strong writing and speaking: landing pages, launch emails, partner pitches
  • Analytical: comfortable with Google Analytics, dashboards, HubSpot or similar
  • SEO fundamentals and a view on how AI reshapes discovery
  • Budget ownership and ROI reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (e.g. CIM) with strong performance
  • Willing to travel locally, nationally and occasionally internationally for events

Preferred

  • Experience leading or mentoring a small team
  • Experience with Claude Cowork or modern AI tooling beyond chat
  • B2B product marketing for software sold via marketplaces
  • Familiarity with Atlassian or monday.com ecosystems as user/partner/vendor
  • Marketing to technical audiences (IT admins, governance teams)
  • Hands-on with HubSpot, SEMRush, Google Ads, CMS systems
  • Video production chops
