Physician Leader - Base + Bonus $300k/yr+ & $50k Retention

Full-time, Monday - Friday, no weekends or evenings, 6-10 patiens per day. Divide your week between chronic care mgmt with small panel & admin time leading 2 NPs. Responsibilities: The Physician delivers primary health care and patient care management in a residential setting. Qualifications: Experience in Geriatrics or complex patients preferred Active/unrestricted medical license and DEA in TN CPR Required Board Certified or Board Eligible EMR experience
