Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across multiple counties
• Monitor budgets and continually improve return on investment
• Improve lead quality and reduce cost per enquiry
• Develop and implement SEO strategies across our websites
• Optimise content for Google Search and AI Overviews
• Manage Google Analytics 4, conversion tracking and reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates
• Work alongside the management team to plan future marketing campaigns
• Explore and implement AI tools to improve marketing efficiency
• Produce regular performance reports with clear recommendations

Requirements

• Google Ads (essential)
• SEO and Local SEO
• Google Analytics 4
• Google Tag Manager
• Conversion tracking
• Keyword research
• Landing page optimisation
• AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude
• Experience with AI search optimisation would be an advantage but isn't essential if you're keen to learn

Preferred
