Business Development, EF Pro Cycling Location: Remotely based in US, in the states of either Massachusetts, Colorado or California. Role Summary The Partnerships Marketing & Strategy Coordinator supports EF Pro Cycling’s commercial partnerships by translating partnership strategy into clear research, analytics, and high-quality partner-facing materials. Working under the direction of the VP of Business Development, this role focuses on sponsorship sales support, pitch decks, renewals, and partner reporting. The role works cross-functionally with Business Development and Marketing to ensure partnerships are clearly positioned and professionally supported. Core Responsibilities This role supports partnership strategy and commercial direction set by the VP of Business Development and focuses on execution and partner-facing materials. Marketing & Partnership Support Build and refine sponsorship pitch decks and renewal presentations and recaps, including structure, copy, and data-driven storytelling with clear narrative and persuasive copy Conduct research and analysis to support pitches, renewals, and reporting, including team demographics, audience data, performance metrics, and competitive context Use media valuation and audience platforms (e.g. Nielsen, Relo) to support sponsorship sales, renewals, and reporting Event & Partner Experience Support Support sponsor activations and content coordination at events and training camps Help ensure partners have a professional and well-managed experience at team events Process & Value Add Support improvements to partnership workflows, tracking, and internal systems Identify gaps or inefficiencies and propose practical solutions Contribute ideas for partner collaborations and activation concepts Skills & Experience Strong independent worker with the ability to translate high-level direction into clear decks, analysis, and written materials Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders Strong writing, copy-editing, and presentation skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma High attention to detail and sound judgment Familiarity with professional cycling or sports partnerships preferred Success Metrics Sponsorship materials delivered accurately, efficiently, and at a high standard Partners feel informed, supported, and confident in the partnership Increased effectiveness of partnership sales and renewals through strong materials and analysis Reduced operational burden on senior leadership Why you’ll love working here: Perks, Benefits, and more!
