We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Partner Field Performance Manager to design and deliver high-impact enablement programs that accelerate partner readiness, drive technical and commercial alignment, to fuel Seeq and partner-led revenue. This role focuses on helping our partners get up to speed quickly, understand our products, and succeed in selling and supporting our solutions while ensuring our Field team understand the same for the partners—ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced SaaS environments and knows how to turn enablement into a growth lever to drive Field Performance. You'll report to the Senior Director of Field Performance and Learning and align closely with Seeq Partner KPIs to deliver a measurable impact on partner sales growth. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Design and deliver structured onboarding programs for partner sales and field teams. Collaborate with Partner, Sales, Marketing and Field teams to align enablement content with GTM priorities and product updates. Develop partner sales plays, rules of engagement, and toolkits to enable seamless collaboration between Seeq's sales team and partners' sales teams. Maintain and evolve certification pathways, learning journeys, and partner-facing toolkits. Develop Partner involvement in Seeq Prospecting Days Act as the enablement point of contact for partner managers, channel leads, and alliances. Facilitate partner deal clinics, feedback loops, and performance reviews. Lead partner sales enablement at Seeq events, including workshops, demos, and joint sessions to foster stronger working relationships. Design and manage enablement programs, monitor program effectiveness, and continuously improve based on partner feedback and performance data. Track certification completion and enablement of content consumption across partner segments. Correlate engagement with partner performance metrics to demonstrate a measurable impact on partner sales growth. Ensure alignment with Seeq Partner KPIs, including revenue targets, deal velocity, and partner satisfaction. Work with Seeq's internal teams to ensure alignment on partner strategies and field execution. Partner with the Channel teams to ensure seamless enablement of program delivery. Requirements Qualifications & Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in partner sales, partner enablement or channel programs. Experience in designing and delivering enablement programs across global partner ecosystems. Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong understanding of co-sell motions within SaaS or industrial technology ecosystems. Familiarity with industrial sectors such as oil & gas, chemicals, pharma, or utilities. Excellent relationship building, communication, and facilitation skills. A self-starter mindset—comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment with a constant positive attitude. Preferred Experience Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, data protection industries, or platform communities. Exposure to partner strategies or platform engagement.
