Partner Growth Manager

We’re hiring a Partner Growth Manager to support the growth and success of our partner ecosystem through strong execution across partner activation, enablement, and ongoing engagement. This role is responsible for helping partners get up and running, reinforcing how to position our solution, and maintaining consistent post-launch cadence to drive long-term activity and revenue contribution. The Partner Growth Manager will work closely with leadership to support partner-sourced opportunities, ensure smooth handoffs, and help maintain momentum across the partner lifecycle. This is a cross-functional, revenue-supporting role that blends relationship management, process execution, and pipeline coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong communication with both partners and internal teams. This role is a strong fit for someone with experience in partnerships, channel sales, account management, or partner success who enjoys helping partners succeed, improving consistency in execution, and contributing to scalable growth across a partner-led go-to-market motion.
