Job Summary

Own cross-market Paid Social delivery by translating global strategy into market plans, acting as the primary client contact, and driving performance via insight-led optimization across platforms.

  • Plan and execute campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and more, with timely delivery and KPIs in focus.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for integrated delivery and continuous optimisation across territories.
  • Analyse results, share actionable insights, and support growth planning and testing across markets.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop Paid Social strategies in partnership with the client and senior leadership
  • Translate global strategy into actionable, market-level campaign plans
  • Act as a key day-to-day client contact and trusted Paid Social specialist
  • Provide insight-led recommendations to drive performance and improve outcomes
  • Plan, implement and optimise Paid Social campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to KPIs
  • Drive campaign efficiencies and continuous optimisation across markets
  • Maintain high standards in activation, QA, and reporting
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights
  • Identify opportunities to improve ROAS, CTR, CPA and overall efficiency

Requirements

  • Strong experience managing Paid Social campaigns in an agency or client-facing role
  • Proven ability to plan and execute campaigns across major platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest)
  • Experience working on global or multi-market campaigns, ideally within culturally driven brands
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance
  • Good understanding of Paid Social best practices, trends, and platform innovation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with tools such as Smartly is advantageous
  • Desirable second spoken language - Spanish, French, Italian, German, Arabic, Polish, Turkish
