Job Description

Responsibilities - Join a growing Marketing team, supporting the execution of the performance marketing strategy across North America activity. - Oversee and coordinate paid search, paid social, and paid app activity across North American markets. - Manage activity across Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, Snap, TikTok, Reddit, and X. - Be accountable for all markets under remit, aiming to drive continual conversion growth. - Take day-to-day responsibility of key platforms, overseeing implementation and performance marketing strategy, with the aim of exceeding customer acquisition and retention goals. - Facilitate best-in-class campaign delivery across markets and channels. - Identify performance driving opportunities and formulate cross-channels strategies to achieve digital objectives. - Lead a team of associates to drive continuous campaign optimization and exploration of new channels, features, and opportunities. - Manage budget spend effectively in line with seasonality and digital objectives across core acquisition channels, providing justification for increases. - Conduct ad hoc analysis to resolve pain points and drive continuous improvement.
