Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Independently build, monitor, and optimise campaigns across Google & Bing Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager & Meta Ads.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Create monthly performance reports, interpreting key metrics to provide actionable insights that directly contribute to client retention and long-term growth.
• Campaign Optimisation: Proactively conduct bid adjustments, keyword research, and A/B testing to ensure budgets are used efficiently and ROAS is maximised.
• Tracking & Implementation: Ensure conversion tracking and GTM tags are firing correctly, proactively troubleshooting any technical issues.
• Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for routine client updates and performance reviews through F2F meetings and calls.
• Collaboration: Work with other channel specialists to create holistic marketing strategies inline with client objectives.
• Learning & Development: Participate in ongoing training and seek guidance to expand your knowledge of paid media platforms.

Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns (agency experience preferred)
