Paid Media Executive

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of Paid Media Channels
• Assist with campaign setup, optimisation, testing and scaling across UK and international markets
• Monitor performance daily and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and revenue growth
• Work closely with creative and content teams to brief, test and iterate on ad creatives
• Support audience strategy including prospecting, retargeting and full funnel-based structures
• Analyse performance data and contribute to weekly and monthly reporting
• Keep up to date with platform updates, trends and best practices, especially within beauty and e-commerce
• Support budget pacing and performance forecasting alongside senior team members

Requirements

• 1–2 years’ experience in a paid media role (in-house or agency)
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager , TikTok Ads Manager , and Google Ads
• Strong understanding of performance metrics
• Experience working on e-commerce or DTC brands (beauty experience is a bonus)
• Comfortable working with data and using insights to inform decisions
• Organised, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and confidence working cross-functionally
