Own Meta ads scaling for lead gen with data driven optimization and cross team collaboration.

Own paid media on Meta: structure, bidding, attribution, and signal integration.
Drive creative testing and audience experiments to lift conversions.
Collaborate with creative and growth leads to inform strategy and spot growth opportunities.

Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
Build and test creative variations, ad copy, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates.
Develop scalable campaign structures to drive efficient growth.
Collaborate with the creative team to brief new content and test fresh hooks and angles.
Analyse campaign data daily, identify trends, spot opportunities, and make data-backed decisions.
Stay on top of Meta Ads Manager innovations, best practices, and policy updates.
Contribute to wider growth strategy discussions across the agency.

3–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
Proven success scaling lead generation campaigns.
Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies and attribution.
Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Triple Whale, or Hyros.
Comfortable working with data and spotting performance patterns.
A proactive mindset; you test, learn, and optimise constantly.
