Job Summary

Own the early-stage organic growth engine for AeroFlip, driving launch traction, social presence, influencer/affiliate partnerships, and community-building to turn Kickstarter momentum into scalable brand growth.

  • Growth Ownership: Align organic channels, content, and creator partnerships to build awareness ahead of the Kickstarter launch.
  • Brand & Community: Shape brand voice across platforms and foster an engaged community around the product.
  • Partnerships & PR: Identify viral growth opportunities, manage influencer outreach, and secure press coverage to maximize launch momentum.

Responsibilities

  • Building and managing AeroFlip’s organic growth strategy
  • Helping drive awareness and traction ahead of the Kickstarter launch
  • Supporting and promoting the Kickstarter campaign across multiple channels
  • Creating buzz and excitement around the product launch
  • Growing our presence across social media platforms
  • Developing influencer and affiliate partnerships
  • Helping shape the brand voice and community
  • Identifying creative growth opportunities and viral campaigns
  • Assisting with PR outreach, press coverage, and media exposure
  • Working closely with the founder on marketing direction and expansion plans
