Beekman Social is currently seeking a highly organized and systems-minded Operations Manager to join the BKMN team for maternity leave coverage at an estimated 20 - 25 weekly hour commitment. This role is critical to maintaining operational clarity, staffing accuracy, and workflow consistency across the agency during this transition period. To be successful in this position, you must be detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven. You should thrive behind the scenes building structure, optimizing processes, and ensuring cross-functional teams have what they need to do their best work. You are someone who sees inefficiencies before they become problems and takes initiative to improve them. Your experience makes you confident managing operational systems across tools like NetSuite and Asana, overseeing documentation standards, and ensuring reporting accuracy. You understand how operational rigor supports creative excellence, and you approach internal systems with both discipline and flexibility. In this role, you will balance maintaining existing workflows with identifying smart improvements that make the agency stronger. WHAT YOU’D DO Own and manage core operational systems including NetSuite, Asana, and internal documentation hubs. Ensure accuracy and consistency across staffing allocations, project tracking, and reporting tools. Maintain and improve operational templates and documentation standards. Provide guidance, accountability, and quality control across operational execution. WHAT YOU’VE GOT 2–3 years of experience in operations, project management, or agency workflow management. Experience working within a creative, social, or marketing agency environment preferred. Proficiency with project management tools (Asana or similar) and financial/resource management systems (NetSuite experience a plus). Strong documentation and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and follow-through. Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across distributed teams. Strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with leadership.
