  • Delivery and collaboration: translate client briefs with creative/tech teams from concept to delivery, guided by data-driven prioritization.
  • Process and records: maintain rigorous project tracking, progress updates, and post-brief insights to drive continuous improvement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with clients to understand brand values, objectives, and audience, building relationships built on trust and respect.
  • Providing prompt, clear communication at every stage, keeping clients informed about progress, milestones, and potential challenges.
  • Collaborating with creative and technology experts to translate client requirements into impactful audio branding solutions.
  • Using data-driven insights to manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to delivery.
  • Taking an organized approach to ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.
  • Foreseeing challenges and proactively developing solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Approaching KPIs with ownership and a relentless focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Maintaining thorough records of client interactions, project progress, and feedback.
  • Embracing continuous improvement by seeking feedback from peers and management.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a process driven B2B Account Management or Customer Success role, ideally managing high value clients
  • Unrivalled attention to detail, creativity and initiative
  • Ability to spot opportunity to increase revenue and mitigate within account base
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
