Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics using media editing tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activity, utilizing tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
Manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to maximize reach and conversions.
Analyze social media performance data using analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future efforts.
Engage with followers through timely responses, fostering positive relationships through social media communication and relationship management.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing performance monitoring.
Strong proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for media editing and content creation.
Familiarity with social listening tools (Hootsuite, Buffer) and social media platforms’ advertising features (Facebook Advertising).
Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics, and marketing online analytics to enhance content visibility.
Ability to analyze media performance analytics and adjust strategies accordingly for optimal results.
Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for proofreading and content writing.
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams and stakeholders.

Preferred

Experience in branding, public relations, social media content marketing, video editing, photography, and e-commerce is highly desirable.
