Own the visual identity of each client's social presence: sequencing, consistency, and overall aesthetic.
Brief creative teams and assist with production so the final work is consistent with the pitch.
Lead with creative authority on set, driving the creative vision for the content.
Post, comment, and manage the platform in real time alongside our community management team.
Know what drives performance on each platform and adjust cadence, format, and tone accordingly.
Manage day-to-day community engagement and tone across accounts.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing brand social channels day-to-day (posting, community management, content calendars) for at least one recognizable brand, preferably within a fast-paced agency environment, in-house experience also welcomed. A portfolio is strongly suggested for submission.
Proven ability to art conceptualize clients social visual presence: sequencing, visual consistency, and aesthetic judgment.
Prove a mastery of the production process, including experience briefing creative teams, overseeing on-set production for social shoots, and managing post-production workflows.
Prove a mastery of action driven reporting and proactive problem solving. Social moves fast and our team moves with it.
Working fluency in platform-native behaviors and what drives performance on each platform, demonstrated through actual channels run.
Display exceptional project management skills with the ability to navigate fast-moving environments, manage multiple client workstreams simultaneously, and meet rigorous deadlines.
Strong client-facing communication skills and direct client relationship experience.
Demonstrate strong leadership and mentorship capabilities, with a passion for educating junior staff members on the evolving digital landscape and industry best practices.
