Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of professional social media marketing experience with proven success managing brand accounts.
Demonstrated expertise with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and short-form video content.
Experience developing content strategies that drive engagement and measurable business results.
Strong understanding of social commerce, platform algorithms, audience growth strategies, and analytics.
Experience leading or mentoring creative teams.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Highly creative with exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred

Experience managing consumer products or lifestyle brands.
Experience with influencer marketing and creator partnerships.
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
Experience working with ecommerce businesses and major retail brands.
