Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage the ecommerce revenue plan, including traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and channel break out.
Plan and execute the promotional calendar, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and sales events.
Optimize the online shopping experience by working with the eCommerce Marketing Director, through landing pages, product detail pages, merchandising, and A/B testing.
Manage email and SMS marketing programs with agency/centralized resource, including automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back) and campaign sends.
Work with paid media with agency/centralized resource, on channels such as Meta, Google and Bing to align spend with ecommerce goals.
Work with SEO agency to optimize for SEO/AEO.
Track and report on KPIs weekly and monthly, turning data into clear recommendations.
Build, manage, and grow our affiliate program on BixGrow, including recruitment, onboarding, commission structures, and performance optimization.
Identify, pitch, and close partnerships with content publishers, deal and coupon sites, loyalty and cashback platforms, and complementary brands.
Develop and manage influencer and creator partnerships, from outreach and contracting to content briefs and performance tracking.

Requirements

6-7+ years of experience in B2C ecommerce marketing
Proven track record of growing online revenue and hitting measurable targets.
Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify preferred), email/SMS tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Attentive), and affiliate networks or partnership platforms.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with Google Analytics 4, spreadsheets, and marketing attribution.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to represent the brand confidently to external partners.
Solid understanding of ecommerce metrics such as CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV, and conversion rate.
Highly organized, able to juggle multiple campaigns and partners at once.
Clear, persuasive written communication.
