Job description Part-Time Office Assistant / Operations Support (AV & Event Production) We’re looking for a part-time, in-office assistant to help with day-to-day operations at our production office. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who understands both the office side and the realities of live events. Responsibilities Manage and organize QuickBooks (invoicing, expenses, reconciliations) Assist with crew scheduling and call sheets Help track jobs, dates, and production details Support day-to-day office operations and admin tasks Communicate with crew and internal team as needed Requirements Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Some experience or familiarity with event production or AV rentals Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Able to work in-office (this is not a remote role) Schedule Part-time In-office only Flexible hours, but consistency is important Location Vernon, CA If you know someone who fits this or are interested yourself, please reach out directly.
