Capture social-first video and still photography with professional cameras and mobile devices, ensuring quality framing, exposure, lighting, sound, and composition across stores, livestreams, and events.
Edit platform-native organic and paid video: footage, pacing, sound, color, accurate captions, graphics, music, aspect ratios, and delivery specs.
Direct breakers, staff, customers, creators, athletes, and partners for natural on-camera performances and authentic, unscripted stories.
Capture and repurpose Fanatics Live, Whatnot, store, release, and event moments into promotional, educational, entertainment, and community content.
Partner with the Graphic Designer, Brand & Marketing to apply brand standards, templates, motion packages, thumbnails, and campaign creative.
Write platform-native hooks, captions, titles, descriptions, and calls to action that support social search and discovery; coordinate publishing, approvals, and organized workflows.
Monitor social, cultural, platform, and hobby developments; identify relevant opportunities and verify sources, product details, and context before publishing.
Review performance data, including watch time, retention, completion rate, views, shares, saves, comments, clicks, and conversions; turn insights into creative tests and improvements.

Requirements

A strong portfolio or reel showing social-first storytelling, filming, editing, and creative judgment across short-form and other digital formats.
Typically 3+ years producing and editing social, digital, or entertainment content, or equivalent demonstrated skills.
End-to-end production skills in concept development, pre-production, camera operation, lighting, audio, interviewing or talent direction, editing, captioning, and delivery.
Proficiency in professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Desktop, with organized project workflows.
Strong grasp of mobile-first storytelling: hooks, pacing, retention, composition, safe areas, captions, sound, aspect ratios, and audience behavior.
Ability to shape compelling stories that serve the audience and business.
Strong writing and editorial judgment, with attention to voice, accuracy, context, grammar, and calls to action.
Confidence filming in active retail, livestream, and event settings, including with camera-shy talent.
Ability to interpret performance data, distinguish meaningful signals from vanity metrics, and improve creative decisions.
Strong organization and project management, including content calendars, priorities, and deadlines.

Experience in sports, entertainment, retail, collectibles, e-commerce, live commerce, or another community-driven brand.
