Requirements

3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, General Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience is required.
Extensive knowledge of predominant digital marketing platforms including automation and lead generation.
Ability to use his/her knowledge and skills in industries with similar work environments, such as public relations, advertising sales, accounting, and business management.
Canva: 2 years (Required)
B2B marketing: 3 years (Required)
Monday.com: 3 years (Required)

Preferred

Certifications in a related field is a plus
Experience in the HVAC/R distribution industry or a related trade distribution industry is an extra plus
