Own campaign and content delivery for a transforming museum brand, coordinating PR, events and cross-channel marketing to grow visitors and reach diverse audiences.

Campaign & Content Ownership: plan and execute campaigns, content, and events across digital and print to drive footfall.
Cross-functional Collaboration: operate in a small team through a spring 2027 reopening and transformation period.
Audience Engagement & Accessibility: reach broad interests and build inclusive outreach across channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead on delivering a range of marketing, communications and PR campaigns, content, activities and events across digital and print channels to reach new audiences and increase visitor footfall.
Work within a small team to deliver these campaigns and related activities during an exciting period of transformation and reopening in spring 2027.
Be highly involved in all aspects of museum work as part of the role.

Requirements

Experience of reaching audiences that have a wide range of interests
Experience leading on marketing, communications and PR campaigns, content, activities and events across digital and print channels
Highly digitally literate
Strong creative skills
Excellent organisational ability
Willingness to get involved in all aspects of museum work
Part-time availability: 21.6 hours per week
Contract: Fixed Term / Secondment for 27 months
