Own and lead creative projects across social, digital, and motion outputs while collaborating with strategists and clients to craft engaging, on-brand narratives and push quality through evolving tools and techniques.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create compelling, story-led films, motion graphics and social media assets.
  • Deliver work across social, digital campaigns and out-of-home advertising.
  • Work flexibly across the full production process - from creative exploration and ideation to final delivery.
  • Use AI-powered tools to support ideation, storyboarding, pre-visuals and final asset creation, where appropriate.
  • Confidently handle projects independently, while collaborating as part of a wider creative team.
  • Partner with strategists, creatives and client teams to build engaging, effective narratives.
  • Bring a strong eye for design, art direction, typography, layout and brand consistency.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all output aligns with brand guidelines and values.
  • Lead projects where required and support others through collaboration and creative input.
  • Proactively push creative quality, technique and innovation across static, motion and AI-assisted workflows.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally within social, digital or broadcast environments.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing video editing, motion design graphic design and storytelling.
  • Expert user of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and the wider Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • A solid foundation in graphic design principles, including layout, typography and composition.
  • Strong understanding of cinematography, editing rhythm, timing and filmmaking fundamentals.
  • Confident working to established brand guidelines, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • A natural problem solver who takes ownership of deliverables and project streams.
  • Calm under pressure, responsive, and highly organised.
  • Approachable, collaborative and supportive - someone people genuinely enjoy working with.
  • Curious, adaptable and open to continuous learning and development.

Preferred

  • Experience with Cinema 4D and modern render engines such as Redshift or Octane.
  • Experience creating 3D Motion Assets.
