Job Summary

Own and produce a high-volume video content pipeline, from field filming to post-production, across paid and organic social campaigns, with collaboration across editing, scheduling, and vendor performance.

Field production on job sites and capturing testimonials forming the core pipeline.
Editing and captioning in CapCut and Premiere Pro to deliver ready-to-distribute videos.
Coordinate posting cadence, vendor meetings, and content revisions to optimize performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Video Production & Field Work
Film weekly on job sites, capturing before-and-after footage of completed turf projects, testimonials, and branded content
Produce roughly 20 short-form videos per month for paid Meta campaigns distributed across a national franchise network
Operate camera, audio, gimbal, drone, and lighting equipment independently in the field
Handle editing and captioning in CapCut and Premiere Pro
Collaboration & Content Support
Collaborate with our editing team on assembly and revisions
Participate in weekly meetings with our Meta ad vendor to understand performance and adjust creative accordingly
Coordinate with the social media scheduler on posting cadence and distribution
Produce organic content for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube as needed

Requirements

Hands-on experience creating short-form video content for social media
Field-ready and comfortable filming independently on job sites week over week
Proficient with camera and audio operations including Sony cameras, gimbal, drone, DJI audio, and lighting
Proficiency in CapCut and Premiere Pro, including captions
Familiarity with paid social creative and an understanding of what performs on Meta
Dependable, organized, and able to keep up with a high-volume production cadence
Based in Austin; occasional travel required
