Your Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Marketplace Support Analyst to support the accuracy, health, and operational performance of product listings across Amazon, Walmart, and other leading marketplaces. In this role, you will ensure approved product content is accurately published and reflected on live marketplace product pages. You will audit listings, identify discrepancies, and work directly within Seller Central, Vendor Central, and related systems to resolve issues through structured troubleshooting and detailed case management. Key Responsibilities Listing Health & Execution Audit live marketplace listings to ensure content accuracy and proper publishing Identify and resolve stranded, suppressed, inactive, incomplete, and pricing-flagged SKUs Troubleshoot listing, fulfillment channel, and quantity-on-hand discrepancies Execute bulk fixes using flat file uploads and inventory loader templates Run and analyze inventory and listing reports to diagnose errors and identify gaps Use Excel (filters, sorting, data matching) to support troubleshooting and bulk corrections Catalog & Content Management Edit and update listings within Seller Central and Vendor Central Execute catalog updates via ASIN/UPC flat file uploads Upload and manage product images, A+ content, Brand Stores, and variation relationships Leverage browser tree guides and category reports to ensure proper categorization and completeness Case Management & Team Collaboration Open, document, and manage Seller Support cases through resolution Track issues in internal logs and communicate updates with cross-functional teams Experience and Expertise 1–3 years of experience working within Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central Hands-on experience troubleshooting listing errors, inventory discrepancies, or catalog issues Familiarity with flat file uploads, inventory templates, and bulk updates Experience managing support cases or working through structured escalation processes Skills & Mindset Extremely detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy Process-driven and comfortable following structured SOPs Strong Excel proficiency Analytical problem-solver who can identify root causes rather than applying surface-level fixes Persistent and proactive — follows issues through to full resolution Clear communicator who can document issues and collaborate cross-functionally Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume operational environments Other Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred Full-time availability Monday–Friday within the 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST window Must be a current resident of the United States Why Join Blue Wheel?
