The Downtown Santa Barbara Improvement Association (DSBIA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to enhancing the vitality of Downtown Santa Barbara. Through dedicated funding from the Downtown Santa Barbara Community Benefit Improvement District (CBID), the DSBIA focuses on expanded cleanliness and maintenance, strengthened security initiatives, strategic branding and marketing efforts, and robust business and community support to ensure a thriving downtown for residents, visitors, and businesses.
