Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage Google and Bing Keyword Ad campaigns across five sales territories (UK, USA, FR & DE & INT’L).
Responsible for managing the distribution of all website forms and updating the daily PPC website tracker.
Research, test, and implement strategies to enhance PPC performance and lead generation.
Develop structured plans for ongoing optimisation and the exploration of new PPC opportunities.
Assist the website/SEO revamp.
Eventually lead our SEO activities to improve website rankings and drive relevant traffic.
Use SEMrush Pro for competitor research, analytics, and reporting.
Collaborate with international colleagues to localise campaigns for maximum impact.
Develop and optimise campaign creatives using Adobe Creative Cloud tools/Canva Pro.
Work alongside our WordPress development agency to support ongoing website improvements.

Requirements

Proven experience setting up and managing PPC campaigns across Google and Bing Ads, with a strong focus on lead generation within the B2B market.
Proficiency with Google Analytics and other reporting tools to evaluate campaign performance.
Strong understanding of SEO principles, with experience implementing strategies that deliver measurable improvements.
Hands-on experience using SEMrush or similar tools for research, analysis and reporting.
Experience creating and optimising assets using Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva.
Familiarity with WordPress and working alongside development agencies on website improvements.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret/present data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent written, communication and collaboration skills.
A good understanding of AI tools and the ability to leverage them to improve efficiency and speed up day-to-day tasks.
Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage but not required.
Familiarity with Excel and basic formulas.
