Job Summary

Own the postgraduate recruitment marketing funnel across UK and international markets, leading multi‑channel campaigns, content creation, and conversion optimization for a high‑quality applicant pool.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement targeted recruitment marketing plans aligned with student recruitment objectives across UK and international markets.
  • Deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, paid advertising, webinars, virtual events and live Q&A sessions.
  • Create engaging and persuasive content and promotional materials for prospective postgraduate students, translating complex academic and legal concepts into accessible and compelling messages.
  • Manage and optimise programme webpages and digital content, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, editorial quality and effective lead generation.
  • Monitor enquiries, applications and conversion performance using analytics and reporting tools, producing regular reports and recommendations to improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with admissions teams and external partners to support a seamless applicant journey and enhance conversion rates.
  • Build strong relationships with academic staff, internal stakeholders and external partners to support recruitment activities and raise the profile of the programme.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring activities deliver measurable value and contribute to recruitment targets.
  • Work closely with an external student recruitment consultant to maximise market reach and recruitment performance.
  • Support programme launch activities by working with student administration teams and academic directors to prepare for the first cohort of students.

Requirements

  • Experience in a marketing, student recruitment or communications role.
  • Proven experience delivering integrated digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting, content creation and storytelling skills.
  • Experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
  • Experience creating or commissioning video content for marketing purposes.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make evidence-based recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building experience.
