  • Working with the Head of Marketing on the creative and thematic direction of our events, and with the Growth Marketing Manager on outreach and follow-up activity to maximise commercial impact.
  • Website and digital - Managing the day-to-day running of the Will It? website - uploading content, updating pages and maintaining a consistent brand experience (WordPress/Elementor).
  • Increasing Will It?’s visibility online – through effective SEO, GEO, AEO, content creation to increase traffic to our website, events and webinars. Familiarity with tools like SEMrush is desirable.
  • Contributing to the future evolution and redevelopment of the company website, including collaboration with agency partners and internal stakeholders. Web development and/or coding experience would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Supporting the management of our CRM (HubSpot) - managing data lists, reporting on campaign performance, and helping the team keep our pipeline activity organised and up to date.
