Job Summary

Own a multi-channel demand-gen and content machine with a strong bias toward telling customer stories across paid, organic, and owned channels, plus a sharp website optimization and cross-organization reporting.

  • Growth Engine Ownership: Own inbound pipeline across paid and organic channels with clear accountability for results.
  • Voice & Content: Scale brand voice across written, social, and audio content while shaping customer perception.
  • Website & Measurement: Keep site copy and conversion focus tight, translating performance into business updates for non-marketing stakeholders.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Driving inbound pipeline through a mix of channels, both paid and organic, with clear accountability for results
  • Taking the brand's voice and running with it across written, social, and audio content
  • Keeping the website sharp, from the copy through to how it converts visitors into leads
  • Translating campaign performance into clear commercial updates for a non-marketing audience
  • Building out the external presence through partnerships, press, and industry relationships
  • Bringing a point of view on the customer, not just the product

Requirements

  • Several years in a marketing role where you touched both strategy and delivery
  • Experience at a company where the sales cycle is complex and the buyer is a business, not a consumer
  • Comfort with data and the ability to back your decisions with it
  • A track record across more than one channel, not a single-channel specialist
  • Some experience in a younger, faster-moving company where the playbook was still being written
  • Exposure to supply chain, procurement, food, or FMCG markets would be a genuine plus
