Job Summary

Own the hospitality marketing engine across a multi-brand portfolio, driving annual strategy, cross-channel campaigns, and local activation while preserving brand consistency.

  • Growth & Portfolio Strategy: build the annual plan across the portfolio and coordinate launches and seasonal campaigns.
  • Campaign Execution: plan, deliver and measure integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR and print with consistent messaging, collaborating with internal teams.
  • Brand & Local Activation: ensure brand coherence at every guest touchpoint and support local marketing with restaurant management teams and external partners.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement annual marketing strategies across the Group's portfolio.
  • Plan, deliver and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR and print.
  • Work closely with the Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Manager and PR team to deliver consistent messaging.
  • Support new restaurant launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional activity.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, photographers, designers and creative suppliers.
  • Oversee the production of marketing collateral, menus, POS materials and brand assets.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring maximum return on investment.
  • Analyse campaign performance and produce regular reports using key marketing metrics.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify new opportunities within the hospitality sector.
  • Ensure brand consistency across every guest touchpoint.
  • At least 5 years' experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within hospitality, lifestyle or luxury brands.
  • Experience managing multi-site or multi-brand marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and content strategy.
  • Experience using marketing analytics and reporting tools.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine passion for restaurants, hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

  • Experience driving multi-brand campaigns across a hospitality portfolio.
