Job Summary

Own local content and campaigns with a marketing operations lens, coordinating multi-site deliverables while aligning with central playbooks and SEO guidance.

  • Local content and email programs that feed centrally planned campaigns.
  • Events, thought leadership, and local SEO-aligned content to fuel local awareness.
  • FibreCRM adoption, local publishing on WordPress, and asset sharing to support offices.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Produce and deliver locally relevant content, including blogs, case studies, and client facing documents
  • Develop and distribute local newsletters and email campaigns
  • Manage and maintain local office webpages, including team photos and updates
  • Plan and deliver local events (both in person and webinars)
  • Provide guidance to local offices on enhancing their Instagram content and aligning it with brand standards
  • Support fee earners with the creation of pitch decks and presentations
  • Identify and, where appropriate, attend local networking opportunities
  • Support the adoption and effective use of FibreCRM at local office level
  • Share centrally developed service line and sector campaigns at a local level
  • Align local content creation with SEO recommendations provided by the Central team

Requirements

  • 3-4 years’ marketing experience, with a strong track record in planning and delivering integrated, multi channel campaigns
  • Experience delivering locally focused marketing initiatives across multiple sites
  • Proven experience collaborating with external partners and managing stakeholders effectively
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and copywriting skills
  • Confident using marketing tools such as Campaign Monitor, WordPress, and Canva
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Will­ingness and ability to travel to office locations within designated regions
  • The candidates will need to commute to different offices regularly. Therefore driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of the professional services sector is preferable
