Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the annual marketing plan across both venues.
  • Drive B2B and B2C marketing strategies to support Conferences & Events, hospitality, and retail sales.
  • Deliver creative digital and traditional marketing campaigns that grow revenue and improve customer engagement.
  • Work closely with sales teams to create compelling campaigns, promotions, and collateral.
  • Lead and manage social media strategy, content planning, and campaign performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with the central Sodexo Live! marketing team to ensure alignment with brand standards and best practice.
  • Analyse campaign performance and optimise activity based on data and insights.
  • Develop seasonal promotions and marketing support across food, drink, and retail outlets.
  • Monitor competitor activity and local market trends to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain strong collaboration with venue client marketing teams to maximise exposure across shared platforms.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital and traditional).
  • A strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategy.
  • Proven ability to analyse campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and analytics.
  • Experience working collaboratively with sales, operations, and external partners.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
  • A passion for hospitality, events, sport, or live entertainment.
  • A marketing degree or equivalent experience is desirable
